4. How We Use Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
  • To manage your Account and your registration as a user of the Service.
  • To fulfil a contract: the development, compliance and undertaking of the purchase contract for the goods you have purchased.
  • To process and deliver your orders, including managing payments, fees and charges, and collecting and recovering money owed to us.
  • To contact you by email, telephone or other equivalent electronic communications regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted services, including security updates.

Recent purchase notifications

Our Website may show a small notification such as "Someone from Wembley bought Coconut Water, 2 hours ago". These notifications are based only on real, paid orders and show:

They never show your name, email address, street address, postcode or any other detail that identifies you. Only our most recent orders are used, each order is shown for no more than 14 days, and the information stays within our e-commerce platform (Shopify).

We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in showing visitors that real customers buy from us. If you would rather your order is not included, email us at contactus@amourcoco.com with your order number and we will exclude it.

6. Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
