350ml × 12 · £21.99
Ingredients
Serves 1- ½ cup AmourCoco coconut water
- ½ cup soda water, chilled
- 1 shot fresh lime juice (plus a lime wedge for garnish)
- 1 tsp caster sugar or simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- Plenty of ice
- Fresh mint sprig, to garnish (optional)
Allergens: check each ingredient’s label.
Method
-
Step 1
Muddle the Lime and Sugar
In the bottom of a tall glass, add the lime juice and sugar (or simple syrup) and stir well until the sugar has mostly dissolved.
💡 Pro Tip: If using caster sugar rather than syrup, give it an extra minute to dissolve — it won't fully combine in cold liquid otherwise.
-
Step 2
Add Ice
Fill the glass generously with ice, leaving just enough room at the top for the liquid.
-
Step 3
Pour and Top Up
Pour in the coconut water first, then top up slowly with the chilled soda water to keep as much fizz as possible.
-
Step 4
Stir Gently
Give the drink one gentle stir to combine, being careful not to knock out too much of the fizz.
-
Step 5
Garnish and Serve
Add a lime wedge to the rim and a sprig of fresh mint if using. Serve immediately while cold and fizzy.

Serving Suggestions
If you prefer it less sweet, drop the sugar entirely and let the coconut water's natural sweetness carry the drink. For a stronger citrus edge, add an extra ½ shot of lime juice rather than more coconut water, to keep the drink balanced rather than diluted.
Why You'll Love This
